Our steaks are U.S.D.A. Choice or Higher which gives them more fat marbling for flavor and
tenderness. They are never frozen. We age them for tenderness and hand cut them daily.
Steaks are prepared on the grill with our special Au Jus sauce, but feel free to ask for
no sauce or sauce on the side.
The marbling (fat content) in this steak make it very tender and full of flavor. Please ask your server if you prefer a leaner cut.
